用戶在廠家購買到pp電鍍槽后要將設備運輸到使用地點，通常這個運輸距離都不是很短，那么怎么樣在運輸途中保護pp電鍍槽不受損傷，下面就以pp電鍍槽中的pp電鍍槽為例，說一說在運輸設備中要注意哪些問題。

1、運送pp電鍍槽的專用拖管車，管子超長不得超越2M，裝車高度及層數滿足施工規范的需要。

2、pp電鍍槽運送應根據工程部分的調度計劃進行，每車宜裝運同一種規范的管子，當管子運到指定地址卸車后，由運管人員和現場接納人員共同對pp電鍍槽進行檢查，填寫檢查記載。并移交有關栓驗，運送單據。

3、運管車輛有必要限速跋涉，避免急剎車，避免管子移位，損壞防腐層。

4、拖管車底部選用厚度不小于15MM的橡膠板或其柔性材料做軟墊屋，其寬度不得小于100MM。
